N the Zone Ink is looking for a Customer Success Representative to join our team in Bend, Oregon.
In this role, you'll help customers navigate custom apparel, branded merchandise, and promotional product projects from concept to completion. You'll provide exceptional customer service, build lasting client relationships, prepare quotes, manage orders, and collaborate with our production team to ensure an outstanding customer experience every step of the way.

Do you take pride in quality craftsmanship and attention to detail? N the Zone Ink is looking for an Embroidery Specialist to join our team in Bend, Oregon.
In this role, you'll help produce high-quality embroidered apparel and headwear for businesses, schools, sports teams, events, and organizations throughout Central Oregon. You'll operate commercial embroidery equipment, prepare jobs for production, monitor quality standards, and help ensure every order meets our commitment to excellence.
Whether you have embroidery experience or a strong desire to learn a skilled trade, we're looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in producing exceptional work.
