Our Customer Success Representative is the friendly face and voice of N the Zone Ink. This role helps guide customers through their custom apparel and promo product orders, answering questions, preparing quotes, coordinating artwork, and ensuring every detail is just right. You’ll work closely with our production team to bring each project to life and create a smooth, memorable experience for every customer. Click the green button above to learn more about the position.
The Production Manager oversees daily operations across all departments, ensuring jobs move smoothly from start to finish. This role balances scheduling, quality control, and team coordination to keep orders on track and customers happy. Previous experience in Screen Printing is required, along with strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to drive efficiency and maintain high production standards.
